CARE
- Wash: Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors. Turn inside out before washing to protect the polished gold-tone hardware.
- Detergent: Use a mild, eco-friendly detergent. Avoid fabric softeners or bleach, which can damage the elastane and sculpting power of the fabric.
- Dry: Lay flat to dry or hang in the shade. Do not tumble dry, as high heat can compromise the 4-way stretch integrity.
- Post-Workout: To maintain the brilliant luster of your alloy hardware, rinse with clean water after heavy, high-sweat workouts and pat dry with a soft cloth.
Choose options
I really like the quality of the Milena Leggings, but there's more that really got me:
- They are not too long (finally!). I'm only 163cm and pants are often too long for me, even sport tights/leggings.
- They shape without feeling like it! 😄 I hate scrunch leggings, and these ones shape amazingly without feeling tight, stiff or anything! 😊 Basically a second skin.
- The fabric is amazing and feels great even when the workout is sweaty and there is no see through when squatting.

I am converted- in the meaning, I am not a leggings girl. But after trying these I am…. They are super comfy; they do not slide down and they are all in all just a great training tights.

LOVE! I got a M (usually a S) and they fit so well. They are the perfect level of thickness (good coverage but not too hot either). The sit just above my belly button but can be pulled down slightly so my belly button is showing, so versatile waist length :) They don't slide down at all, which is perfect for yoga and running
